Privacy

Beaconpost is currently collecting pilot interest for an internal knowledge-draft product for support teams. This page explains the waitlist data we handle.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, Beaconpost collects the work email you submit, the source route of the form, and basic submission metadata needed to respond about pilot fit.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to reply about the founding pilot, understand fit for support teams, and keep a record of consent for follow-up. Do not send customer ticket data through the waitlist form.

Where it goes

The website forwards submissions to the Colony lead system for Beaconpost. The marketing site does not store its own database credentials or service-role secrets.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you about the pilot by replying to any Beaconpost email. We will remove you from future pilot outreach unless we need to retain a limited record for operational or legal reasons.
