Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or guarantee pilot access. Beaconpost reviews fit, support queue volume, and integration needs before inviting teams into a pilot.
No automatic customer support
Beaconpost is described as an internal draft and review layer. It is not offered here as a customer-facing bot, help desk replacement, or documentation replacement.
Information you submit
Submit only your work contact information through the waitlist. Do not submit customer records, ticket exports, credentials, secrets, or regulated personal data through this public site.
Changes
Beaconpost may revise this site, pilot details, and these terms as the product is validated. The current page will show the latest posted terms for the public waitlist.
